- Exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, if the glasses are in their original condition with the invoice. The customer pays the return delivery.
- A manufacturing defect: 30 days, plus a 6-month warranty on the frame.
- Lenses made to your prescription are made just for you, so we replace them only for a making mistake.
