Refunds and Returns

  • If only the free item is returned:
    • No refund will be issued for the free item under any circumstances.
    • The free item can only be exchanged for another item of the same value from the same collection, provided it meets the return policy criteria and is returned within 14 days in its original condition, with receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If both items are returned:
    • A refund will only be processed for the purchased item if both items are returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact, and the return is made within 14 days.
    • Returns are subject to verification against the company’s return policy, and the company reserves the right to refuse a refund if items do not meet these conditions.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for items from a different collection or outside the offer:
    • Items purchased under the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer cannot be exchanged for items from a different collection or items not included in the promotion.
    • To purchase an item from a different collection, customers must:
      1. Return both items purchased under the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer within 14 days, in the same condition as outlined in the return policy.
      2. Complete a new purchase for the desired item separately.
  • Partial returns or exchanges:
    • Partial returns, meaning returning only one item while keeping the other, are strictly prohibited.
    • Customers seeking a refund or exchange must return both items in accordance with the return policy.

Warranty
