SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped from our warehouse by one of the shipping companies that we have contracted with anywhere in Egypt.
Order Confirmation: After you confirm your order, you will receive a notification on your e-mail informing you that we have received your request and are processing it. We will keep updating you via email with the status of your order, its location, and the date of its arrival.
Custom Lenses & Orders: If you order custom lenses, it takes an additional 10 days for us to manufacture them. For customized orders including eyeglasses with prescription and contact, a 50% deposit should be transferred to confirm your order. Checking the order upon receiving isn't allowed for outside Cairo orders.
Shipping Rates & Timelines: Shipping rates depend on your geographic location and will be shown to you when you place your order. Shipping takes two business days if you are in Cairo and 4 to 5 days for other governorates. Orders outside Cairo are delivered from 10 AM to 5 PM.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Return Request: You have 14 days after the arrival of your order to request a return. In order to make a return request, your order must be in the same condition in which you received it and in the original package. You cannot return specially prepared glasses or contact lenses. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
Refund Process: We will inform you if your return request has been accepted or rejected within two days. If your refund request is accepted, your money will be automatically refunded to your credit card or the method you paid with within a certain period, depending on your payment method. You can only return the products you have purchased at their original price. Products purchased with a discount cannot be returned.
Late Return Requests: If you haven't received your refund yet, review your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as the process of returning the money to your account may be delayed. Also, contact your bank. If you did all of that and did not get your money back, contact us via our e-mail: info@coceyewear.com.
Replacement Policy: You can only exchange items that are damaged or have defects. If you want to exchange your product with the same product, contact us at info@coceyewear.com.
Gifts: If the product was identified as a gift during the purchase process and shipped directly to you and you return it, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of the product that you returned. If the product was not identified as a gift or the person received the product and gave it to you at a later time, the value of the product will be sent to him, and he will be informed of the return request.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you return your order, they will be deducted from its value.
