Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse via one of our courier services companies to anywhere in the world.

 

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.

To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your order.

For customized orders including eyeglasses with prescription and contact lenses . 50% deposit of a customized item should be transferred first to confirm your order.

Shipping rates & delivery time

Shipping rates & delivery time depend on suppliers’ lead time, mode of transport and destination. Prior to shipping, we will provide the shipping rates to the customer for confirmation or they can arrange shipping on their end.
